The series consists of skill-building workshops delivered by Advisory Board faculty—each one designed to provide you with actionable tools to tackle every day challenges. The workshops are highly interactive, data-rich, and tailored around Natividad’s specific organizational objectives.
Purpose:
- To provide participants with the analytical foundation needed to analyze and solve problems in multiple settings
- To teach participants structured tools and exercises to stimulate creative thinking applicable to both strategic and tactical decision making
- To enable participants to begin to move beyond problem solving toward genuine innovation in key areas of opportunity
Activity Objectives: At the completion of this activities, the learner will be able to…
- Correctly and clearly frame problem patterns in their area of responsibility
- Conduct root cause analysis and understand typical drivers of problems
- Generate innovative and effective solutions to problems, using specific methodologies designed to surface ideas
- Lead out-of-the-box thinking exercises to address both current problem areas and new improvement opportunities
