NMC Grand Rounds: Palliative Care “Help Us to Help YOU”

Through the use of a case study the presentation will discuss the interdisciplinary process of a palliative care consult.  The presentation will be interwoven with a brief discussion on palliative care definition, and goals of palliative care, a brief POLST Form discussion, and finally choosing wisely words to say or not to say when speaking to patients and/or with patient’s families.
