- Determine the appropriate treatment plan, including identification of necessary physician specialties
- Comply with practice guidelines & hospital protocols to ensure quality of care is provided and minimize variations in care
- Communicate more effectively with treatment team
- Assess the cultural and linguistic factors impacting our unique patient demographics and address appropriately
